I find that I spend a lot of time doing non-productive work in Daz. It's a hobby, so productive is relative, but on the other hand, if it doesn't end in a piece I upload (publish?), then one could argue it's non-productive. Take yesterday, for instance. I spent a few hours trying to decide if Maddy, the assistant in my pretend game that I still haven't completed mocking the story up for, would work or be better as an Asian character -- I am trying for diversity in the characters so they're easy to identify with. Ultimately, I'm sure it could work, but I've grown attached to Maddy and her personality and other characters just seem to not fit. She works, I think she's quote a lovely girl, but even mirroring the pose directly, it just didn't hit the same notes.
